Autonomous solar panel cleaning robots are designed to work in difficult environments where humans cannot access them, or where telescopic rods are too high. The use of photovoltaic cleaning robots can improve the power generation efficiency of solar panels and extend their service life, while also reducing the cost and work risk of manual cleaning.


These robots have many advantages. First of all, they can automatically identify the array type and component size, independently plan the cleaning path, and ensure the cleaning effect and operation. They also have intelligent anti-slip and anti-drop technology, through the joint design of structure, sensors and intelligent control, to ensure stable walking on smooth slopes and array edges, long-term testing without slipping risk. This enables them to be cleaned efficiently in a variety of photovoltaic panel configurations and environmental conditions. Powered by a reliable lithium battery, it uses smart floating sweeping technology and track optimization to layer clean dust, debris and dirt on the surface of the solar panel, as well as mild and moderate oil stains with neutral cleaners. Due to structural optimization and lightweight design, the product is very light and will not damage the panel. It also has a modular design, the body, cleaning head, battery and water tank can be quickly disassembled and installed, easy to transport and carry equipment. Finally, it also has night vision function, which can work at night, greatly improving work efficiency.


The battery of the device can last for 6H on full charge, and the battery of the device can be quickly replaced. After the battery is removed, the charging time is 5 hours, suitable for European and Japanese standards. Battery parameters are 25.2V, 25.6Ah. There is a set of 8l water tank inside the main body of the robot, which can be quickly inserted and replaced with a spare water tank. The water duration is 1H, and the water quantity can be adjusted according to the pollution degree. The robot can clean up to 300㎡/H, and the daily cleaning volume is about 350KW.
